Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website and the submission of a rental application to AG Truck & Trailer Rental ("AG", "we", "us"). By submitting an application, you agree to them for yourself and for the company you represent.

1. Who may apply

We rent equipment to registered business entities only, such as corporations and limited liability companies. The person submitting the application must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company.

2. Accurate information

You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true, complete and current, that they belong to the company you represent or its owner, and that you have the right to share them with us. False or misleading information is grounds for declining the application or ending any rental that follows.

3. Verification

You authorize AG to verify the information in the application, including by checking FMCSA records, obtaining business credit reports, confirming insurance and contacting the people named in it.

4. No obligation

An application is a request, not a reservation or a contract. Submitting it does not guarantee approval or the availability of any equipment, and your preferred pickup date is not a booking. We may decline any application at our discretion. A rental is governed only by a separate written rental agreement signed by your company and AG.

5. Communications

You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message, using the details you provide, about your application and any rental that follows. Message and data rates may apply. We will not use these details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

6. Electronic acceptance

By checking the agreement box and submitting the application, you agree that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

7. Use of this website

Do not upload files that you are not authorized to share, that contain malicious code, or that are unrelated to an application, and do not attempt to interfere with the website or to access it by automated means.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG disclaims all warranties regarding the website and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you submit an application apply to that application.
